Lets start out by the initial phone call to powerhouse. Mac answered the phone and right of the gate this guy was on point. I originally just wanted info on a true or zub zero so I set a time to go up to the showroom. I had all my other appliances ready to order at another subpar store but they didnt sell the fridges I wanted. I was so impressed with Mac and the pricing I wound up buying the entire kitchen from him. The communication before and after were outstanding. The other store in which I worked with for two weeks knew I needed to get this order in asap to this day 8 weeks later never even called me back. They lost a 70k kitchen. Powerhouse the name says it all. Macs the man.

When there was a problem wiith installing my new downdraft to replace the one in the setup I had, Jeff had his talented installer remedy the situation by configuring an attachment to make it all work smoothly at no additional cost to me! This was all done in a timely manner, allowing me to pull off my Easter dinner without a hitch! My new GE cooktop and downdraft, as well as my new Wolf oven, were put to the test and work beautifully. Couldn't be happier!

We went to Powerhouse because we were looking for a Traeger Timberline 850 and they were the closest people near us to carry it. The staff was super helpful and had many great stories and recipes to share. As soon as we stepped out our car all we could smell was the smoke from the smokers that they had going in front of their store. Love this place!
