Works very well, quiet, convenient 3rd shelf is great! I would have given it 5 stars, however, after the wash cycle the unit is so tight it has a definite stinky odor. Does not completely dry, no way to prop open the door for air circulation. Use the recommended setting of auto and sanitize. Could have been designed a little better

Great product. Dishes come out immaculately clean even removing stuck on food.
One thing needs improved in my opinion and that is the door. For example: I open the door to put a cup on the top shelf. I do not need to push the door all the way down but the door starts to close on my hand unless I push it all the way down. My Kitchen Ade dishwasher allowed me to push the door down half way or quarter of the way any opening and it stayed put. It stayed at the amount of opening I wanted. The Bosch does not have that feature and I wish it did.

First time I haven't felt I had to thoroughly clean my dishes before I put them in the dishwasher. I just scrape the food off put in the dishwasher and they come out clean even if I don't run the dishwasher for a few days.

I'm really trying to like this dishwasher. My mother has the same one and loves it! I had the same KitchenAid dishwasher for over 15 years and I was so used to the way I loaded it that I am struggling with how to load this dishwasher. It seems to have less room and I can't find a logical way to load the dishes. It may be that I just need more time to figure this out. It seems to clean beautifully. I have only been using it for about 2 1/2 months.

The dishwasher is nice and very quiet, but i have used other Bosch models and this one is trickier to load. The glasses don't fit nearly as well as I expected. Also seems to hold moisture after the dishwasher has run, I need to leave the door open awhile to dry out

Enjoy the dishwasher, but the power module in the back failed causing us to have to pay for a service call 3649 days after purchase or 1 day before the warranty expired. Luckily we didn't pay for the part, but did pay $250+ for someone to fix it.

This is the second Bosch dishwasher we have purchased. Our first one lasted 18 years!! And we had NO problems with it at all. This Bosch dishwasher is very quiet when operating, and it's on my island and we hear nothing! The racks are very accommodating and easy to fill. Dishes come out clean and dry. Another great purchase and would recommend it.

It is VERY quiet. The dishes are extremely wet when done with a "normal" load; or quick load. If you add the "extra dry" mode, they do come out dry only the cycle is 2:30 mins long:(

I feel that this 300 series DW should have more space between the tines. I've loaded plates, saucers, and bowls in each row only to find out that they did not get clean. This is quite irritating considering how much I paid for this DW. As it is, I am now having to leave an empty space in between each dish. The top rack is fine - it's that bottom rack that's giving me grief.
Also, is there any way that I can add an additional rinse to the cycle? I was told that Bosch highly suggests using Finish DW pods, which I do. Unfortunately, when drinking out of a glass, you can taste soap residue.

We were excited to buy this dishwasher, especially because of its reputation for quiet operation, but in less than a week of use, we have been sorely disappointed. The worst problem is the noise - it's annoyingly loud close by, and audible from many rooms away. Also, the door spring is quite tight, and it closes hard and latches unless it is opened to more than 45 degrees. The one good thing I can say about this dishwasher is that it has cleaned well so far.
To make things even more difficult, I live in an area where there appear to be no official Bosch service people available. I hope Bosch will reach out to me to find a way to get a service person here.

The dishwasher was doing great for almost the first year, The dishwasher then started giving me an error code. I contacted Customer service several times to get it resolved. Each time I was told I would get a call back they would not call back. I eventually got the dishwasher fixed out of pocket. The issue was one of the electrical components became unplugged. After the issue was resolved I contacted customer service again to get a refund on what I paid out of pocket since it is under warranty and a manufacturing issue and was again told I would get a call back but never did. So when buying this dishwasher make sure that there is someone who can service it in the area.

I am so happy with this dishwasher. I love that there is room for my mixing bowls, measuring cups, baking trays as well as all the regular dishes. The third tray for silverware is so genius as are the removable utensil baskets. I love the fact that the digital display shows a countdown of time left on the cycle. It also gives a reminder to add rinse aid when it's low. The extra dry works great if I have a lot of plastic containers. They won't need to be towel dried when I take them out of the dishwasher. Most days, however, I just use the Speed60 setting and in one hour my dishes are clean and sparkling. I use the other settings, which are longer, if my load is very dirty. In short, I love this dishwasher.

My husband and I bought this dishwasher without realizing how much we truly needed it in our lives! This is a wonderful machine that prefers you don't rinse your dishes (um... yes!) we can load literally anything into this washer thanks to the adjustable rack. I can basically put my entire kitchen items from a meal (cutting boards, pots or pans, silverware, dishes, garlic press and misc items) in here and have a perfectly clean kitchen by the next time I need it. I don't know how we live without it!

I had a few issues at the beginning that can happen with any appliance: the first dishwasher was crushed on top during shipping, the replacement had a bad valve that did not properly reduce the water pressure & it flooded the bottom tray. And my installers scratched the top of the door when they slid it into place.
And still, it gets five stars. The first machine was replaced, the second was fixed & the scratched piece replaced, no charge. The measure of a company is how they handle problems & make them right. Bosch did that. Of course, the dishes are clean, it runs super quiet & I am happy.
One change that I would recommend: more vertical (not slanted) supports in the bottom rack to accommodate extra glasses plus sheet pans, cookie sheets, odd shapes. The slanted racks are great for plates but are limiting. A fold-down set of vertical tines would add flexibility.

I always knew I wanted a Bosch. When my old dishwasher finally failed me I knew just what I needed to do!! Finally was able to fulfill my wish for a Bosch dishwasher!! It did not disappoint. I really like the design, especially the extra 3rd level. It use it each and every time. It is so very quiet. I actually thought it wasn't running the first time I used it. I highly recommend getting yourself a Bosch dishwasher. I'm SO happy I finally did!!

We recently installed our Bosch dishwasher- Really happy with it. Gets dishes sparkling clean. Relatively quiet (although not as quiet as some Bosch dishwashers), MUCH quieter than my previous dishwasher. The design and flexibility work well. Really like the 3rd rack on top. Only complaint is the extent to which it does not dry very well - but this is minor. Would recommend this fully.

I have a love hate relationship with my new Bosch dishwasher. My othe Bosch lasted 22 years so it was a no brainer to go ahead and replace it with another Bosch. The cleaning this thing does is amazing. I don't even rinse my dishes before I put them in, I just make sure there is no food on them. I love the 3rd rack. I did take out the second silverware basket since it's not needed and it gives me alot more space with it out. It is pretty quiet although there is a cycle where my dog thinks it's something outside and goes crazy at the door. What I hate about it is, it does dry and it always looks bad. I've adjusted the dry settings ( refer to manual to do this) and I add jet dry. My dishes especially plastics are always very wet. And the front panel always has spots on it. It says to use a damp cloth to wash and dry but it always leaves spots that are so hard to remove. It would be so nice just to spray with a cleaner and wipe down but that makes it worse.

We are so happy to not have to fight with our old (not Bosch) dishwasher anymore! This dishwasher is amazingly quiet yet powerful. Sometimes I put extra dirty dishes in, not thinking that they will turn out clean, but it always surprises me! I love the third rack which keep all of the silverware organized. I haven't used the baskets because I find that the third rack provides all the space we need.
I'm not one to give up on appliances that can be repaired but our previous dishwasher never worked right and underwent many repairs without fixing the issue. It didn't even last us 5 years! I have much more confidence in the Bosch dishwasher - I can see the difference in quality like the debris basket for easy cleaning and fewer plastic parts like cheaper models. We truly do tell all of our friends and family how great this product is!

I did a lot of research over a month before buying this dishwasher and I'm really pleased with my purchase. It's quite, efficient, easy to follow settings, the rinse aid dispenser is easier to fill than my older Bosch and lasts longer, I like the third rack that's definitely a bonus and I like the design and looks of the machine itself. 10/10 from me.

We replaced our GE dishwasher with this one and so far have been very happy. The inside is a little smaller and a different set up than we were used to but overall we love it. The 3d row for the silverware is the best invention. It allows you to remove the silverware baskets which makes more space for dishes/plates. Great quiet dishwasher overall though the cycles are long.

It seems to do a good job at washing the dishes. We put all our silverware on the top shelf, better than the baskets. Only drawback seems to be the heavy door.It is hard to have it stay open, could be better counter balenced.

Dislike: My options aren't correct. Every one of them runs 2 1/2 hrs except the Speed60, which is 1 hr 24 min. I don't like that I can't change my mind once I choose an option. This dishwasher is evaporation driven which means after the drying cycle the dishwasher is always wet, so I have to prop the door open. Probably wouldn't have gotten it had I'd known that.

It is nearly impossible to load my small dessert bowls or soup bowls as they are too deep to be accomodated by the tines. My 12 oz "double hi-ball" glasses will only fit in one row of the top shelf. Otherwise they have to be hooked over the tines. It does clean dishes well.
